• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. The cashback amount is added to the account automatically and separate wagering conditions may apply.

Decisions on VIP tier assignment and changes are at the sole discretion of joya777 management. Management may change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities and  Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya777 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to manipulate the system.
